KeyBank is hiring a Lead Teller for its Thornton branch to serve as a primary troubleshooter for complex client-service issues, coach and schedule tellers, support branch operations and compliance, and transition clients to Bankers for deeper financial-wellness conversations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent business experience, at least three years of client relationship and cash-handling experience, and the ability to work in an in-person branch setting. Compensation is a base hourly rate of $18.75 to $25.00, with possible incentive compensation.
