PNC is hiring a full-time FT Teller Lead for its Northwest Region Retail Banking organization in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey. The role coaches, mentors, and leads tellers; handles customer interactions; identifies banking opportunities; supports lobby engagement; assists with performance management and new-hire selection; and ensures accurate branch operations. The position requires related experience, typically at least one year, and offers a base salary of $45,000 to $75,000 with incentive eligibility. PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT for this role.
