PNC is hiring a Lead Teller for its Retail Branch Banking organization at the Columbiana Branch office in Columbiana, Ohio. The role coaches and mentors tellers, handles customer interactions, identifies banking opportunities, educates customers, supports performance management and new-hire selection, and ensures accurate branch operations. The position requires related experience, typically at least one year, and offers a base salary of $37,500 to $62,500 with incentive eligibility.
