PNC is hiring a Lead Teller for its branch banking organization in Eagle, Colorado. The role coaches and mentors tellers, handles customer interactions, identifies banking opportunities, educates customers, supports performance management and new-hire selection, and ensures accurate branch operations. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred, and the position is in-office. The base salary is $41,250 to $68,750, with incentive eligibility and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
