PNC is hiring a Lead Teller for its retail branch organization in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The role coaches and mentors tellers, handles customer interactions, identifies banking opportunities, refers customers to appropriate branch staff, supports performance management and new-hire selection, and ensures accurate daily operations. The position requires related experience or product knowledge, typically at least one year, and offers a base salary of $41,250 to $68,750 with incentive eligibility.
