PNC is hiring a Teller Lead for its retail banking organization at the Merchants Square branch in Carmel, Indiana. The role coaches, mentors, and leads tellers; processes customer interactions; identifies banking opportunities; refers customers to appropriate staff; supports lobby engagement; assists with performance management and new-hire selection; and ensures accurate and efficient branch operations. The position requires related experience or product knowledge, typically at least one year, and does not require a degree or required certification.
