PNC is hiring a Lead Teller for its Branch Banking organization in Edwards, Colorado. The role coaches and mentors tellers, handles customer interactions, identifies banking opportunities, refers customers to appropriate branch staff, supports performance management and new-hire selection, and ensures accurate daily operations. The position is in-office, requires related experience, and offers a base salary of $41,250 to $68,750 with incentive eligibility. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred, and PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship.
