Description
Vallant Bank is hiring a Lead Teller for its Retail department. The role serves as the primary customer contact, processes transactions accurately, demonstrates knowledge of bank products and services, and supports the bank’s service standards. The Lead Teller also coaches and develops tellers, maintains a sales and service culture, collaborates with the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager on lobby administration, ensures regulatory compliance, and completes management reports. The position requires a high school education, basic banking knowledge, Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency, general accounting knowledge, financial-data analysis ability, and compliance knowledge; one year of prior experience in the same or related position is preferred.
