Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 years minimum experience in a test manufacturing environment as a process engineer
Preferred Qualifications: Extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and Big Data Analysis Software (Power BI, etc.).
English business proficiency in writing and presenting.
Strong analytical thinking, structured troubleshooting, and ability to isolate root causes.
Ability to clearly report issues and explain technical topics to non-specialists.
Proactive follow-up, accountability, and driving issues to closure.
Ability to handle changing priorities, production constraints, and fast-paced environments.
Ability to manage multiple test issues, deadlines, and ramp-up activities.
Focus on cycle-time reduction, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
Ability to support production issues and urgent escalations calmly and effectively.
