Dyson is hiring a senior Lead SW/HW Test Engineer to provide technical leadership and governance across software, electronics, embedded systems, AI/ML, IoT, vision, and connected-product testing. The role leads risk-based test strategies, automation, integration testing, quality metrics, technical reviews, and delivery assurance for third-party JDM/ODM partners, while collaborating with engineering teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Candidates need strong scripting or programming capability, embedded and connected-product experience, advanced test-engineering tool knowledge, extensive JDM/ODM leadership experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
