Description
Radiant is hiring a Lead Test Engineer, Power Generation to lead the strategy, execution, and team leadership for testing turbomachinery, heat exchangers, controls, and primary cooling systems for its nuclear microreactor power generation technology. The role owns test-site and test-rig development, test planning and instrumentation, vibration and rotordynamic testing, data analysis, root-cause investigations, and technical leadership of test engineers and technicians. It requires a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of turbomachinery or complex mechanical-systems testing experience, hands-on high-speed and high-temperature testing, and 100% onsite work at Radiant’s El Segundo headquarters.
