Description
The African Medical Centre of Excellence in Abuja is seeking a Lead Tissue Pathologist to oversee diagnostic pathology services, including tissue, blood, and bodily-fluid specimens. The role supervises pathologists and laboratory staff, manages quality assurance and regulatory compliance, collaborates with oncologists, surgeons, and other clinicians, supports research and multidisciplinary patient care, and leads training and professional development. Candidates must hold a medical degree, postgraduate pathology training, a relevant professional qualification, residency and fellowship, registration with the Medical Council of Nigeria, at least seven years of diagnostic pathology experience, board certification, and a valid medical license to practice in Nigeria.
