Description
Plaskolite is hiring a Tooling Lead in Charlotte, North Carolina to oversee daily toolmaking activities, including the manufacture, setup, maintenance, repair, and changeover of plastic extrusion dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. The role provides technical leadership to the tooling team, coordinates with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering, troubleshoots tooling performance, supports continuous improvement and capital projects, and requires extensive hands-on experience with toolmaking, CNC, Wire EDM, CAM, CAD/CAM, precision measurement, and manufacturing safety.
