Ontivity is hiring a full-time Lead Tower Hand to lead the erection, construction, maintenance, and closeout of communication tower sites. The role supervises up to four tower crew members, performs rigging, hoisting, antenna and transmission-line installation, cable and grounding work, safety and quality control, and job-site coordination, while climbing towers up to 500 feet and traveling 50–90% of the time. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, three years of tower-climbing, stacking, and rigging experience, and specified safety and RF certifications; health, dental, and vision plans are provided.
