MET International AG is hiring a senior Trade Process Analyst to own and improve trading processes across the full energy-trade lifecycle using Endur as the core platform. The role supports Front Office, Operations, Back Office, and Finance by translating business needs into system and process improvements, coordinating requirements, functional design, testing, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation reviews, and maintaining process documentation. Candidates need 6–10 years of experience in energy trading operations, trade process analysis, or business analysis, deep knowledge of the trade lifecycle, hands-on ETRM experience with Endur, and strong stakeholder management.
