The role combines technical traffic analysis and design, software review, client and regulatory coordination, business development, staff management, and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least seven years of relevant post-education engineering experience including prior traffic design experience, an engineer license, safety-studies experience, and knowledge of traffic engineering tools and standards. The position is based in Columbus or Cleveland, Ohio, with occasional travel, and offers a Cleveland salary range of $103,500 to $176,000.
