Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is hiring a Lead Trainer for the first shift, with core hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and an hourly rate of $22.83. The role manages and tracks plant employee training, evaluates new employees, supports onboarding and orientation, develops training courses, analyzes training needs, and promotes continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing experience, at least one year of teaching or training experience, strong computer and people skills, and must reside within 50 miles of the work location; relocation benefits are not offered.
