Molex is hiring a Lead Trainer in El Salto, Jalisco to lead and oversee the plant’s training system and continuous-improvement capabilities. The role analyzes training needs, designs technical and leadership development programs, manages internal and external training providers, monitors program impact through KPIs and surveys, maintains trainer and subject-matter-expert networks, supports Lean, 5S, EHS, and quality initiatives, and enforces production-certification standards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, relevant learning-and-development experience, LMS and management-development experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality tools.
