The role involves preparing, implementing, and following up on programs, facilitating reflections, acting as a point of contact for various stakeholders, supervising co-trainers, and conducting activities across Germany. Candidates should have prior experience working with children and young people, possess knowledge or experience in experiential education, demonstrate affinity for the outdoors, and exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
