ACV is hiring a Lead Transportation Specialist - Dispatch Operations to oversee and coordinate complex carrier operations, support customers and carriers, lead and triage inquiries, analyze data and KPIs, improve processes, and collaborate with management and teams. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of customer service and transportation, supply chain, or logistics experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office or G Suite and Salesforce.
