Description
The Child Care Provider Services Specialist provides coaching, mentoring, and professional development to child-care providers, teachers, and administrators; delivers in-person and virtual early-childhood education and Texas Rising Star training; develops and implements Continuous Quality Improvement Plans; supports instructional improvement through data analysis and assessments; manages provider contracts, records, compliance reporting, and caseloads; and promotes workforce programs in the community. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least three years of early-childhood education experience, knowledge of child development and licensing standards, strong documentation and case-management skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver's license, and successful background and drug testing.
