Rainmaker is hiring a Lead, UAV Integration Technician to oversee the assembly, electrical integration, quality inspection, documentation, and production improvement of unmanned aerial systems. The role coordinates build tasks across the integration team, trains technicians, manages parts and tooling, escalates technical and scheduling blockers, and supports field operations and flight testing. It requires 7+ years of hands-on UAV, aerospace, robotics, or similar mechanical/electrical maintenance experience, 3+ years leading technicians, and strong mechanical and electrical integration skills.
