Native is hiring a Lead UI Designer to own the visual, motion, and interaction design of products for loudspeakers, hearing systems, vehicle cabins, and medical devices. The role leads a small design team, manages client accounts, contributes to new-business development, and collaborates with industrial designers, engineers, anthropologists, and clients. The position requires a strong creative and agency background, direct design-management experience, client leadership, motion and AI fluency, and attention to typography, layout, and interaction.
