Chubb is hiring a Lead Underwriter Construction to support growth in the Netherlands and the Benelux region. The role underwrites complex construction risks and major accounts, develops technical acceptance documents, manages quality and peer reviews, contributes to underwriting strategy and portfolio management, creates multiline products, manages broker and client relationships, and supports team development. Candidates should have significant technical insurance underwriting experience, construction-related education or training, strong business acumen, technology awareness, and excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
