Description
The Power Electronics Hardware Lead serves as a subject matter expert for advanced power conversion products and systems, guiding projects from concept through production launch. Responsibilities include power semiconductor, magnetics, passive-component, and thermal-management expertise; circuit design, layout optimization, and hardware integration for converters, inverters, and UPS systems; efficiency, reliability, and EMI/EMC analysis; design review and root-cause analysis; global engineering mentorship; and technology-roadmap participation. The role requires a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and at least eight years of electrical product design experience.
