The successful candidate will be a seasoned urban designer with extensive California experience, capable of leading various urban design and planning projects from concept to completion. This role involves driving design visions, mentoring junior team members, developing compelling visualizations, preparing rich reports, engaging the community, and contributing to business development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation and graphic communication skills, along with advanced proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software.
