UKG is hiring a Lead UX Researcher to lead end-to-end user experience research for Frontline Worker Network, a 0-1 business connecting shift and hourly workers with financial wellness, health, and everyday services. The role owns the research strategy and roadmap, conducts mixed-methods research with workers, employers, and service partners, evaluates new service categories, translates findings into product direction, influences strategy and roadmaps, and mentors researchers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of leading impactful user research projects, and expertise across qualitative and quantitative methods, multi-sided market research, and AI-assisted research. The pay range is $145,600 to $209,300, with possible performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards.
