Description
The Lead UX/UI Designer will establish and communicate the project’s UI direction, collaborate with artists and programmers, coach and direct the UI team, prioritize artistic milestones, monitor delivery quality and timelines, and optimize work processes. The role requires a relevant degree or equivalent training, five years of UI/UX artist or designer experience leading a team, strong visual communication and artistic skills, and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The position is full-time and permanent with a hybrid work arrangement.
