Description
Eaton is hiring a Lead Verification and Validation Engineer to lead testing of medium-voltage-to-low-voltage conversion power electronics products across the EMEA region. The role covers test-facility and equipment development, validation program planning and execution, test automation, laboratory safety and reliability, ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, global engineering collaboration, and traceability from product requirements through validation results. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and at least seven years of experience in power electronics or medium- and high-voltage equipment applications, including leading complex engineering activities.
