The individual contributor will drive Industry 4.0 and Factory of the Future initiatives, optimize scheduling and OEE, support new product introductions and launches, improve cost standards, and participate in change management, CAPAs, risk assessments, and external-issue mitigation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business administration and five years of manufacturing experience, preferably in packaging, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
