Freshworks is hiring a Lead - Vendor Management professional to mature and scale its procurement vendor management program. The role covers vendor onboarding and compliance, contract routing, sourcing-request triage, stakeholder engagement, supplier performance and relationship management, risk assessment, and contract renewals. It requires at least five years of vendor management or procurement experience, knowledge of P2P processes and procurement tools, and strong communication and collaboration skills. The annual base salary range is $105,000 to $130,000, with bonus or equity potentially available.
