Orlando Vets Eastwood is hiring a full-time Lead Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for veterinary clients. The role includes greeting clients and pets, completing appointment sign-in, confirming appointments, escorting clients, processing payments, scheduling future appointments, answering client calls, making appointment reminders, and supporting vaccination, laboratory, disease, terminology, and pet-behavior knowledge. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan, and professional development opportunities, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Previous veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant experience is preferred, and the pay is $18.00-$21.00 per hour.
