Description
The Visual Merchandising Lead partners with store management and the District Visual Manager to execute visual merchandising and display strategy, coordinate seasonal floorset plans, markdowns, promotions, replenishment, and recovery, analyze reporting, communicate inventory needs, support associate productivity and onboarding, and maintain visual supplies and signage. The role requires retail sales experience, shift-supervision experience preferred, and the ability to work on the sales floor, lift up to 75 pounds, and meet weekend availability requirements. Full-time associates receive health, dental, and vision insurance, while the employer does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
