Description
The Visual Merchandising Lead partners with management and the District Visual Manager to execute store visual merchandising and display strategy, coordinate seasonal floorset plans, markdowns, promotions, replenishment, signage, inventory needs, and associate productivity. The role also leads visual training, supports onboarding, maintains supplies and signage, and models customer-focused service. It requires retail sales experience, shift-supervision experience preferred, and the ability to work on the sales floor and lift up to 75 pounds. The position offers $21.00-$23.00 per hour and full-time health, dental, and vision benefits.
