Ferguson is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate to lead pick-and-pack operations, supervise and perform warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and outbound-shipment verification duties, and mentor associates. The role requires forklift-operator experience, a high school diploma or GED, safety knowledge, basic computer and data-entry skills, and teamwork; five years of distribution-center or warehouse experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with pay starting at $26.00 per hour and a stated range of $26.78 to $42.86.
