Description
The Warehouse Supervisor coordinates warehouse workers and performs supervisory duties including auditing products, directing equipment setup, assigning work orders, adjusting procedures to meet production and shipping schedules, maintaining receiving and shipping records, completing requisitions, operating forklifts, and serving as a Fire Warden. The role also supports quality, materials, and safety and environmental systems, recommends process improvements, and maintains a clean work environment. Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent, two to three years of related experience or training, computer literacy, and the ability to work with mathematical and procedural concepts; the work involves frequent walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles.
