Description
The Warehouse Lead oversees daily distribution-center operations, including picking, staging, loading, replenishment, cycle counting, receiving support, returns processing, productivity tracking, housekeeping, employee training, and issue escalation. The role operates forklifts and other material-handling equipment, uses Oracle and Microsoft Office, communicates with supervisors and other departments, supports warehouse safety and good manufacturing practices, and may travel to network facilities in emergencies. A high school diploma or GED, at least 3–5 years of warehousing experience, strong Oracle knowledge, forklift experience, basic math, communication, and leadership skills are required or preferred.
