Penske Logistics is hiring a Lead Warehouse Worker to lead and support regular and temporary warehouse associates in a fast-paced cold-storage facility. The role coordinates workflow, assists with shift operations, trains and coaches associates, operates powered industrial equipment, promotes safety and quality, and covers other warehouse functions as needed. Candidates need two years of warehouse experience, one year of supervisory experience, and prior forklift experience; bilingual English and Spanish, a high school diploma or equivalent, computer skills, and flexibility for overtime are preferred or required. The position pays $24.50 per hour, runs Wednesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM until finished, and includes medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
