Penske Logistics is hiring a Lead Warehouse Worker for its Princeton, Indiana operation. The role leads and supports warehouse associates, coordinates with Operations Supervisors, operates material-handling equipment, stages and sorts products, loads and unloads trailers, maintains inventory records, performs quality control, and completes daily logs. The position pays $22.74 per hour, including a $1.00 shift differential, and requires a Monday-Friday 7:15 PM to 4:00 AM schedule with overtime and Saturdays as needed. Four years of warehouse experience are required, while inventory or materials management, supervisory, forklift certification, computer skills, and flexibility are preferred.
