RestorePro Reconstruction is hiring an experienced Lead Water Mitigation Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina to oversee and execute water-damage restoration projects. The role supervises and mentors technicians, coordinates labor, materials, equipment, and production schedules, performs hands-on mitigation work, maintains documentation and inspections, communicates with customers and project managers, and supports safety and compliance.
