Genki is hiring a fully remote Lead Web Engineer to own the technical direction of its internal and public web projects, unify a growing web stack, and build the systems, tooling, and guardrails that let the broader team safely ship software. The role is centered on production web engineering, cross-project infrastructure, security, performance, and AI-assisted development using the company’s TypeScript/React/Next.js/Astro/Vite stack, with close collaboration with the CEO and designer.
