Genki is hiring a fully remote Lead Web Engineer to own the technical direction of its internal and public web projects, unify an organically grown web stack, and build the foundation for future work. The role starts as the sole web engineer and involves collaborating with the CEO, designer, and two non-web developers while establishing shared infrastructure, security, deployment, CI/CD, and tooling so non-engineers can safely ship software.
