Genki is hiring a Lead Web Engineer to own the technical direction of internal and public web projects, initially as the sole web engineer, reporting to the CEO and working closely with a designer and two non-web developers. The role focuses on building and maintaining production web applications and shared infrastructure, including component libraries, CI/CD, monorepo setups, deployment automation, security, performance, and developer tooling, while enabling non-engineers to safely ship software.
