Capital One is hiring a Lead Workday Engineer, Functional (HCM) to build and maintain resilient Workday objects and solutions across Human Capital Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits. The role partners with product owners and business stakeholders, translates business priorities into Workday solutions, improves processes, maintains documentation, and provides production support. Candidates need at least six years of Workday functional configuration experience, four years configuring business processes, and two years with calculated fields or custom reports; Workday certifications, agile experience, security or reporting experience, and HCM data-loading experience are preferred.
