CW Resources is hiring a Lead Custodian in Alexandria, Virginia, to perform commercial janitorial work while also coaching and supporting a team of adults with disabilities. The role includes cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, floors, windows, and other areas; operating cleaning equipment; maintaining supplies and building security; reporting maintenance issues; and teaching staff proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and workplace skills. Applicants need at least two years of hands-on janitorial experience, commercial cleaning equipment experience, a valid driver’s license and Real ID, and the ability to obtain government base access.
