The role defines people analytics strategy, executes analyses and statistical techniques, develops AI-infused decision-support capabilities, advises on data governance and privacy, and communicates workforce trends and findings to stakeholders. It follows a hybrid model for candidates within commuting distance of McKesson’s Irving, Texas headquarters, with three days per month in the office, and requires a bachelor’s degree plus at least 10 years of related experience, including 6+ years in data analysis, reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis, plus 5+ years of people analytics experience.
