The Yard Worker removes parts from cars in an outdoor yard, cleans debris, stages vehicles, removes and moves batteries, dismantles tires, and supports safe and compliant operations. The role may operate a forklift or loader, review work, allocate resources, and lead peers, but does not include hiring, terminating, reviewing performance, or making pay decisions. It requires at least three years of related experience, the ability to work in cramped and hazardous conditions, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
