e4c is hiring a Lead Youth Worker to provide trauma-informed, developmentally responsive care for youth aged 13–17 with complex needs. The role supports youth safety, well-being, skill development, individualized care planning, family and community engagement, and transition to young adulthood, while leading and supervising Youth Workers and Support Workers. Candidates need a degree or diploma in a relevant field, required certifications, a Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle, and at least three years of experience supporting marginalized youth and vulnerable populations.
