Description
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team and the plant's advanced manufacturing technology agenda for finishing and composite manufacturing. The role owns process development, technology down-selection, validation, industrialization, data analytics, statistical process control, AI and machine-learning applications, root-cause investigations, project portfolios, supplier relationships, capital investment plans, and team development. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or engineering technology, 5–8 years of relevant manufacturing experience, leadership experience, and willingness to travel up to 25% within the United States and Mexico.
