Description
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead the molding technology agenda for composite blade manufacturing, directing the development, validation, industrialization, and continuous improvement of molding processes and equipment. The role manages the engineering team and project portfolio, applies manufacturing readiness and technology maturity frameworks, leads engineering test plans and data-driven process qualification, and coordinates with Technology, Quality, Customer, Production, Tooling, Maintenance, and other engineering functions. It requires a relevant engineering degree, 5–8 years of manufacturing experience, at least two years leading engineering teams or projects, and strong composites, SPC, data analytics, automation, and leadership capabilities.
